• This experience requires good weather. If it's cancelled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different schedule or a full refund.

• We accept cash or card payment. Payments through card will not be charged until the day of the tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the experience. 

Cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charge100% of the price of the selected tour, except due to bad weather condition.
